Shipping policy

Complimentary delivery
Every order ships complimentary within the United States, with tracking. At present we deliver to US addresses only.

Preparation
Each piece is prepared and packed within 1 to 3 business days. The moment your order leaves us, you'll receive an email with its tracking link.

Delivery time
Orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days of being placed. Some pieces are dispatched separately so each can be packed for its journey, and every parcel carries its own tracking link.

Packed for crystal
Every piece is cushioned for the journey. Should anything arrive damaged regardless, please see our Refund policy: we'll send a replacement or a full refund, and there's no need to return anything.

Christmas
For delivery by December 24, please place your order by November 28.

Sending a gift
No prices or invoices are ever included in the parcel, so your order can travel directly to the person you're giving it to.

Changing your address
Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct the address before your order ships. Once it has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
